Ring Master 1.0

Ring Master is the most challenging puzzle since the Rubik's Cube was invented. You have to order 12 numbered chips by rotating the rings. There are 12! = 479,001,600 possible permutations. Each permutation can be reached from the initial state in 10 rotations or less.
