All information in the Organizer is saved on hard drive or on your email account! You can write note at work and read it at home. Don't send email to yourself anymore.
The data is password-protected by default to limit the access to your personal information. All information files are always encrypted using the strongest encryption standard (AES).
In order to use the Vombato Organizer you will need only email account on any mail server with SMTP and POP3 support.
