Skinny is an application featuring a four step wizard to replace the system file "uxtheme.dll" in order to enable Windows XP/2003 to use third parts themes, to change the GUI appearence. It doesn't contain bundled neither the patched "uxtheme.dll" nor any third parts theme, you are encouraged to download them searching on the web the most updated and reliable sources (many are totally free).
Being Open Source software you can customize it at your need, otherwise you can export the shell commands used to apply the patch to a bat file and customize it.
